ARTICLE III THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, USE AND COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION AND DATA

Certain third-party websites are included as links within the Website for specific purposes including the facilitation of certain transactions including, but not limited to, the purchase of merchandise, products and gift cards from Direct Aesthetics, PLLC and the booking of appointments within the booking system utilized by Direct Aesthetics, PLLC.

 

Booking System Registration and Collection of Information

The booking system is a system that is created, operated and maintained by a third-party provider, which allows you to create and register an online account for purposes of booking appointments for services to be provided by Direct Aesthetics, PLLC (the “Booking System”).

Currently, the Booking System utilized by Direct Aesthetics, PLLC is Aesthetic Record, an unaffiliated third-party vendor that provides booking management software and systems.  In order to register an account, you are required to submit certain personal information including, without limitation, your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number, and payment information.

By creating an account and using the Booking System for the purposes identified, you understand and agree that you are providing the requested information, including personally identifiable information, to the third-party vendor, Aesthetic Record and are agreeing to Aesthetic Record’s separate terms and conditions and privacy policy, as may be altered according to same, which can be found here:

If you do not wish to create an account or do not agree to the terms and conditions or the privacy policy, you may book any services directly by contacting Direct Aesthetics, PLLC via telephone. Direct Aesthetics, PLLC reserves the right to change third-party vendors, at any time, without notice.

 

Third-Party Payment Processors

Direct Aesthetics, PLLC utilizes different third-party payment processing vendors for the purchase of items available for sale by Direct Aesthetics, PLLC including, without limitation, gift cards.

Currently, and depending on the transaction at issue, Direct Aesthetics, PLLC may use the following third-party payment processing vendors: Block Inc., also known as “Square” or “Square Financial Services, Inc.” (altogether, “Square”); Paypal Holding, Inc. (“Paypal”) or Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), collectively referred to herein as the “Payment Processor(s)”.

In order to complete a transaction through the Website, you will be directed to one of the Payment Processor’s websites for payment processing.  As part of the process, you will be required to provide certain personal information including, without limitation, your name, telephone number, address, and financial information. You may also be required to register for and create an account with the Payment Processor.
