Cancellation Policy
Direct Aesthetics requires a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 to the credit card saved to your account. If a credit card has not been saved to your account, you will be required to bring your Direct Aesthetics account current prior to receiving your next service.

Inclement Weather Policy
We understand that weather conditions can make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments. Direct Aesthetics will waive late cancellation charges in the event of inclement weather, which will be assessed by the official cancellation of Rockford Public Schools. We recommend rescheduling for a later date at the time of cancellation.

Late Arrival
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your appointment. When we cannot accommodate your appointment, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, as noted above. If you are running late, please call to see if we can still accommodate your appointment.

Cancellation Policy Waiver
Direct Aesthetics understands that there are circumstances that may warrant a waiver of this policy. Direct Aesthetics reserves the right to waive its Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion, on a case by case basis. Generally, a waiver of the Cancellation Fee will only be granted in the case of emergencies such as inclement weather or illness.
Please email valeri@direct-aesthetics.com if you need to cancel, reschedule or were late/missed your appointment.

Refund Policy & Pricing Restrictions
There are no refunds for services received.
Product refunds returned unopened within 15 days will receive a 100% refund.
Product returns greater than 30 days are not refundable under any circumstances.
Restrictions may apply. Promotions are only valid while supplies last. Pricing may be subject to change at any time.

Consultations
Consultations are complimentary, however, you must have a card on file. Consultations are treated like all other appointments. If you do not show up or cancel your appointment outside of the cancellation policy, the coordinating fee will be charged to your card on file.
Pre & Post Instructions
BOTOX/DYSPORT PRE-INJECTION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Refrain from alcohol for 3 days prior to injections to reduce the likelihood of bruising.
2. Arrive with clean, make-up free skin.
3. Avoid blood thinning medication for 7 days prior to injections. If you are on prescription blood thinning medications, consult the prescribing provider before doing so.

BOTOX/DYSPORT POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Immediately following your treatment, do not lie flat for 4 hours.
2. Avoid massage to the area, as this may disrupt placement of the medication.
3. Refrain from heavy exercise for 24 hours.
4. Keep injection sites clean and make-up free for at least 4 hours after injections.
5. Your treatment will begin taking effect in 5-7 days.
6. Full results will be seen in 14 days.

DERMAL FILLER PRE-INJECTION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Refrain from alcohol for 3 days prior to injections to reduce the likelihood of bruising.
2. Arrive with clean, make-up free skin.
3. Avoid blood thinning medication for 7 days prior to injections. If you are on prescription blood thinning medications, consult the prescribing provider before doing so.
4. No dental cleanings or dental procedures for 4 weeks prior to or after injections, as this may increase your risk of infection.
5. No vaccines or boosters of any kind 4 weeks prior to or after injections.
6. If you are prone to cold sores, please notify your provider before your appointment as a medication may be prescribed.
7. If you have an active infection (cold, flu, UTI, Covid, cellulitis, dental infection or ongoing dental issue) please reschedule for when these are resolved.
8. Your safety is our primary concern. If you have questions or concerns regarding these recommendations please email valeri@direct-aesthetics.com
DERMAL FILLER POST-CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Avoid massage to the area, as this may disrupt placement of the medication.

4. Over the counter Tylenol or ibuprofen are recommended (if you tolerate them) for any post injection discomfort. The dermal filler has numbing medication in it so you will have pain relief for 4 hours after injections.
5. If using ice, please wrap it in a clean cloth before applying it to the injection site area.
6. Avoid touching the injection site area.
7. Watch for blanching of the skin, pain out of proportion, or abnormal swelling as these may be signs of an adverse reaction.

3. Keep injection sites clean and make-up free for at least 24 hours after injections.
4. Over the counter Tylenol or ibuprofen are recommended (if you tolerate them) for any post injection discomfort. Numbing medication was mixed with the Sculptra so you will have pain relief for 1-4 hours after injections.
